Community Healthcare Worker (CHW)
We are excited to announce the start of another statewide course series for Community Health Worker (CHW) in January 2023!
Tuition will be waived for all sixteen (16) credits.
If you have any colleagues, friends, family members or know of anyone who may be interested in participating, please share this webpage with them.
Online classes begin on Monday, January 9th and will be offered part time, two days per week from 5:30-8:30pm.

In order to participate, please follow these steps for consideration in the CHW Program. Following these steps does not guarantee enrollment. However, they are all required for acceptance. Be sure to read all instructions carefully.
Apply to KCC for Spring 2023 ASAP
Internal deadline is December 1st. Be sure to select “Community Health Worker” as your major.
Fill out Google Form
AFTER you have been ACCEPTED to KCC, fill out the designated Google Form
Attend a CHW info session via ZOOM

After Completing All Steps...
Once you have completed all three steps and are accepted into the program, we will send out registration instructions.
